Customer Support

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, usually much faster.

We respond to emails outside business hours but with longer response times. Critical issues — such as an eSIM that stops working during travel — are prioritized at any time of day.

Traveling and eSIM stopped working? Send us an email immediately at support@eseemo.com with subject "URGENT — eSIM not working" and your order number. We treat these as top priority and aim to respond within 4 hours regardless of time zone.

What to include in your support email

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number (e.g., #1247) — found in your confirmation email
  • The email address used at purchase
  • A description of the issue or your question
  • Your phone model (for technical issues — e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23)
  • Your destination (the country or region the eSIM is for)
  • Screenshots or error messages if relevant
  • What you've already tried (this helps us skip steps you've already taken)
