We respond to emails outside business hours but with longer response times. Critical issues — such as an eSIM that stops working during travel — are prioritized at any time of day.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

- A description of the issue or your question
- Your phone model (for technical issues — e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23)
- Your destination (the country or region the eSIM is for)
- Screenshots or error messages if relevant
- What you've already tried (this helps us skip steps you've already taken)
