Auto-refund eligible

• Not installed within 30 days (NOT_INSTALLED_WITHIN_30D): eSIM not yet installed AND within 30 days of purchase.
• Technical failure (TECHNICAL_FAILURE): documented provider-side error. Eligible regardless of install state.
• Incorrect product (INCORRECT_PRODUCT): plan delivered differs materially from what was purchased. Eligible regardless of install state.

Manual review only

• STATUTORY_RIGHT — EU post-install statutory rights
• CUSTOMER_REQUEST — change of travel plans, goodwill
• FRAUD_ABUSE — admin-initiated, not customer-requestable

Notes

• Promo credits (referral, roulette) have no cash value and are never refunded as money.
• Response SLA: 3 business days to review, 5–10 business days for funds to land.
• Chargebacks: contact support first. Repeated abuse triggers account review.
