1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eseemo, a travel eSIM marketplace operated by Slash Solutions L.L.C ("we", "us", "Eseemo"), a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo with registered office at Rruga Hyzri Talla, pn., 10000 Pristina, Kosovo.
By visiting eseemo.com, creating an account, or purchasing an eSIM, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Eseemo.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Slash Solutions L.L.C.
2. The Eseemo service
Eseemo is a marketplace that lets travelers purchase mobile data plans delivered as eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles. We aggregate plans from multiple wholesale providers and present curated options to you across three tiers: Best Match, Most Data, and Full Power.
When you purchase a plan, we provision an eSIM through one of our wholesale providers based on price, quality, and availability. The specific provider used is determined by our routing system and is not disclosed to customers, as Eseemo operates as a marketplace under our own brand.
Eseemo provides:
- The ability to browse and purchase eSIM data plans for 200+ destinations
- Instant electronic delivery of eSIM activation codes
- Customer support for installation, billing, and refund matters
- Access to your order history and eSIM details
Eseemo does NOT provide:
- Mobile network connectivity directly (this is provided by underlying carriers)
- Voice calling or SMS services (data only)
- Phone hardware or physical SIM cards
- Roaming agreements with carriers (these are arranged by our wholesale providers)
3. Who can use Eseemo
To purchase from Eseemo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate information at checkout (especially a valid email address)
- Use a phone that supports eSIM technology
- Not be a resident of, or located in, a country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the European Union, United Nations, United States, or United Kingdom
Eseemo is intended for personal travel use. Bulk purchases for resale are not permitted without a separate written agreement.
4. Purchasing an eSIM
When you purchase an eSIM through Eseemo:
- You enter into a contract directly with Slash Solutions L.L.C for the purchase of digital data services
- The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees
- Payment is processed by our payment partner (Paysera or other partners as we may use from time to time). Card details are handled by the payment partner and are not stored by Eseemo.
- The contract is concluded when we send your order confirmation email containing the eSIM QR code
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. Delivery and activation
Eseemo delivers eSIMs electronically. There is no physical shipment.
Upon successful payment, your eSIM activation code (QR code) is delivered:
- By email to the address you provided at checkout
- On the order confirmation page accessible immediately after payment
Most eSIMs are delivered within 60 seconds of payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes:
- Check your email spam or junk folder
- Use the "Find my eSIM" link on our website to access your order
- Contact support@eseemo.com with your order number
You are responsible for installing the eSIM on a compatible device. Installation instructions are provided in your confirmation email and on the order detail page.
Activation typically occurs when you arrive at your destination and connect to a local mobile network. Some plans activate immediately upon installation. Specific activation behavior is described on each plan.
6. Acceptable use
By using Eseemo eSIMs, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distribution of illegal content
- Resell or redistribute eSIM data plans without our written authorization
- Use eSIMs in a way that violates the laws of the destination country
- Attempt to circumvent our pricing, fair use policies, or technical safeguards
- Use eSIMs for activities prohibited by our underlying network providers, including spam, fraudulent communications, or activities that would impair the network
- Share your eSIM activation code publicly or with multiple people; each eSIM is intended for a single device
- Use the service for primary residential or business connectivity (these are travel plans intended for temporary use)
Violations may result in immediate termination of the eSIM, denial of refund, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
7. Fair use of unlimited plans
"Unlimited" plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy ("FUP"). While these plans provide generous data allowances, they are not literally without limit.
For unlimited plans:
- Speed may be reduced ("throttled") after a destination-specific threshold of high-speed data is consumed (typically 5–20 GB per day depending on destination and provider)
- Throttled speeds are sufficient for messaging and basic browsing, but may not support streaming or video calls
- Speed restrictions reset daily or per billing cycle, depending on the plan
- Specific FUP thresholds are determined by our wholesale providers and may change without notice
- Tethering and hotspot usage may be restricted on some plans
- Continuous high-volume use, particularly involving peer-to-peer file sharing, may result in additional speed restrictions
Unlimited does not mean "unlimited at maximum speed for the entire duration" — it means "no hard data cap that disables the eSIM." This is industry-standard practice.
8. Prices and payments
All prices on Eseemo are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eseemo prices are determined by our pricing engine, which combines:
- Wholesale costs from our underlying providers
- Applicable currency conversion (where wholesale is in another currency)
- Eseemo's margin and operational costs
- Promotional adjustments where applicable
Prices may change from time to time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; once your order is confirmed, that price is locked.
Payment is processed by our payment partner. Failed payments will not result in eSIM provisioning.
Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or similar charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Our refund policy is detailed at /legal/refund. In summary:
- Before activation: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated
- After activation: Activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed service failure attributable to the provider
- Service failure: If the eSIM does not work as advertised, contact support within 7 days of attempted use; we will investigate and provide a refund or replacement
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours and typically reach your card within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
10. Liability and warranties
Eseemo provides the service "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The speed, coverage, or quality of underlying mobile networks
- Compatibility with every phone model or version
- Continuous availability in any specific destination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eseemo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to:
- The amount you paid for the affected eSIM, OR
- €500, whichever is lower
Eseemo is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
- Damages caused by your failure to use a compatible device
- Damages caused by network outages or carrier issues outside our control
- Any damages caused by your violation of these Terms
This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Service availability
While we aim for continuous availability, the service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide notice where reasonably possible)
- Unscheduled outages affecting our payment processor or providers
- Issues with underlying carrier networks
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government action, etc.)
Eseemo is not liable for service unavailability outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy and data
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Eseemo, you consent to processing as described there.
In summary:
- We collect minimum necessary data: email, payment details (processed by partner), order history
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We share necessary data with payment processors and eSIM providers to fulfill your order
- You have rights under GDPR including access, correction, and deletion
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by:
- Email to your registered address (if applicable)
- Notice on the Eseemo website
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may stop using the service.
Existing eSIMs remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
14. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For consumers based in the European Union, you also have the protections of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those protections.
Before initiating legal action, please contact us at support@eseemo.com to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
If informal resolution is not successful:
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pristina, Kosovo
- EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence as required by EU consumer protection law

These Terms apply to all users of Eseemo. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.
